Bible Church Mission (BCM) has had
a tremendous heritage in it's leadership
teams. The current BCM board consists of men representing over 200
collective years in career ministry. This heritage continues. The

Mission
VALUES OF BCM
*Churches that are independent (self-supporting,
self-reproducing, self-governing), biblical and autonomous.
*Development of leadership.
*Assisting churches that are struggling or in crisis.
*Extension of local churches into new communities.
*Collaborating with churches and individuals into the extension
of God's Kingdom.
PURPOSE
To glorify God by making disciples and planting sound Biblical churches in each area of Southern California, among each of the various ethnic, cultural and language groups by working together with independent churches to motivate, equip and involve an increasing number of people as church extension specialists and by helping each church planted or served to become a growing, reproducing body.
VISION
*To plant one English speaking church and one ethnic church per
year in the next 10 years.
*That each county would have one new church in the next 10 years.
